I use applied improvisation to help groups and individuals become better leaders and collaborators. Through experiential learning, I help participants become stronger, more confident listeners, creatives, decision makers, and speakers.
Why Improv?
Improvisation training is an engaging and safe space to develop the skills organizations and professionals need to work at their best. Improv challenges us to be better more empathetic listeners and collaborators, to hone speaking skills and gain comfort thinking on our feet, and to build team cohesion.
I’ve been performing and teaching improv at theaters, organizations, and companies around the world since 1999.
I specialize in bringing applied improvisation to companies of all shapes and sizes.
Through my classes at The Magnet Theater, Columbia University, and organizations I’ve worked with over 10,000 students of all ages, backgrounds, industries, and experience levels.
